Over Two Decades Of Earning Trust
Owner-led since 2004, and measured by one thing, whether the communities we build for get the quality they were promised.
We Build What Communities Depend On
PMG is a Texas program and project management firm working from the owner's side of the table. Terminals, corridors, campuses, clinics and civic buildings: the infrastructure a city notices only when it stops working.
We serve municipalities, school systems, transit authorities and state agencies, delivering program and project management, professional services, construction services and disaster recovery. Public money, public schedules, public record.

Built On Trust, Since 2004
Vladimir Naranjo founded PMG on a simple idea: that public work deserves the same rigour as any private program, and that an owner should never have to guess where their project actually stands.
The early work set the standard: the Houston Police Crime Lab renovation, the METRO light rail expansion, and recovery after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ike. Programs where the deadline was public, the funding was scrutinised, and the record had to hold up years later.
Two decades on, PMG is still owner-led and still in the field. The promise has not changed: ensuring trust in every project.
To provide tailored solutions with a focus on transparency, dependability and client satisfaction.
We Care For Our People First
A program is delivered by people, not by a schedule. PMG hires credentialed professionals: engineers, construction managers and architects. They work in the field with the authority to make the call, not just to write the recommendation.
That is also why safety is not a section at the back of this page. Every program is an active site with people on it, and nothing on a schedule justifies moving that down the list.

Our Core Values, Applied On & Off Site
What We Hold Ourselves To
The People Accountable For The Work
Licensed, Not Just Experienced
State-licensed engineers, accountable for the technical judgement on a program.
The construction-management credential recognised on federal and state programs.
Licensed architects on staff, so design intent is read the way it was drawn.
Sustainable-design accreditation, for owners with a certification target.
Infrastructure sustainability, the framework public agencies increasingly score against.
