01What This Covers

This policy describes how PMG Project Management Group, LLC handles information in connection with this website. It does not govern information PMG holds under a contract with a client agency; that is governed by the contract and by the agency's own records policies.

02Information We Collect

This site has no account system, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. We do not ask you to submit anything to browse it.

If you email us or call one of our offices using the details on the Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, your organisation, your contact details and the substance of your enquiry. We use it to respond to you.

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard server request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site and to diagnose faults.

03Cookies And Embedded Media

PMG does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

The home page embeds a video hosted by YouTube. We load it through youtube-nocookie.com, which means YouTube does not set its tracking cookies unless you press play. If you do interact with the player, Google may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

04How We Use Information

To respond to enquiries, to evaluate whether PMG is a fit for a program, to operate and secure the website, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a contractor to public agencies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

05When We Share Information

With service providers who operate the site and our email systems on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide that service.

Where required by law, including public-records obligations that may apply to material exchanged with a public agency, and in response to lawful requests from government authorities.

06How Long We Keep It

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy the record-retention requirements that apply to our public contracts, then deleted on our normal schedule.

07Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls and retention limits to internal systems appropriate to the sensitivity of the information they hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

08Your Choices

You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you have emailed us and want your correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so unless a legal or contractual retention requirement applies.

You can block cookies in your browser. Because we set none, this will not affect how the site works, though it may affect the embedded video player.

09Children

This site is directed at professional and government audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10Changes To This Policy

If the site adds a contact form, analytics or a job-application flow, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
