The Constraint

The Department Stays Open.

An emergency department under renovation is still an emergency department. Infection control, negative-air containment and interim life-safety measures are not paperwork, they are the conditions that let the work proceed at all.

We plan ICRA phasing with the facility's own infection-control team, and we do not start a phase until the containment is verified rather than assumed.
