The Program

A Load Nobody Ticketed Is A Load Nobody Pays For.

Debris monitoring is a documentation discipline carried out at truck speed. The record has to be made at the tower, in the moment, because there is no way to reconstruct a load after it has been tipped.

Monitors were placed at every site and every tower, and the daily reconciliation ran overnight rather than weekly - so a discrepancy surfaced the next morning instead of at closeout.
