Terminal C North Concourse Modernization

Eleven Phases, Not One Gate Closed.

Terminal C North handles roughly 30,000 passengers a day. The concourse could not be taken offline, the apron could not be closed, and the airline's schedule was fixed a year in advance. Everything else had to bend around that.

PMG sequenced the work into eleven phases, each sized to a single overnight window between the last arrival and the first departure. We held daily coordination with airline operations, TSA and airport security, and rebuilt the schedule weekly against actual gate availability rather than the plan.

The concourse opened on the contract date. No gate lost a single scheduled departure to construction across four years.
