The Program

Handed Over Before The Bell.

A career and technical centre is a building full of equipment that has to be commissioned, inspected and taught on. Substantial completion is not the finish line - a working shop floor is.

We pulled commissioning forward into the final phase rather than leaving it to closeout, so staff had the building in hand with weeks to spare instead of days.
