A rolling fit-out programme is won on repeatability. The first clinic is a construction project; the nineteenth should be a process with known durations, known submittals and no surprises.

We built the template on the first three, then held every subsequent site to it - which is what turned a variable schedule into one the health system could plan its clinical moves around.
