The Program

The Apron Never Emptied.

Ramp work looks straightforward until you count the aircraft that have to park somewhere while it happens. Hobby's cargo operation runs overnight, which is precisely when pavement work wants the space.

We phased the reconstruction into quadrants sized to what could be poured, cured and returned to service inside a single window, and coordinated each release with ramp control before the barricades moved.
