The Program

You Cannot Stop Taking Bags.

A baggage system replacement is surgery on a running organ. Every carousel taken out of service pushes load onto the ones still working, and the airline's throughput target does not move because a contractor is on site.

PMG models each cutover against the departure banks before it is scheduled, and holds a rollback plan for every one - because the failure mode here is not a delay, it is a terminal full of stranded luggage.
